The E-Mail Plus app only stores data on your device and does not collect, store, or process any information on our servers. Therefore, all email-related data remains entirely under your control. We cannot delete data from your email accounts (Outlook, Hotmail, etc.), as we are a third-party email management service provider.

Instructions to delete data from the app:
1. Open the E-Mail Plus app on your device.
2. On the left menu, click the "Manage Account" button.
3. Select the account you wish to delete and tap Remove Account.
4. This action will remove all emails and related data from your device.

Instructions to revoke access from Outlook/Hotmail email service:
1. Visit the Microsoft Account Permissions page: Open your browser and go to Microsoft Account Permissions.
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account.
3. Locate the application to revoke access:
Go to the Privacy section on your account management page and navigate to Apps and Services.
Find E-Mail Plus or the app whose access you want to revoke.
4. Revoke access:
Click on the application and select Remove Access.
5. Confirm the action:
Microsoft will display a confirmation message. Click Yes to complete the process of revoking access
